1. Please check the products at the time of delivery in front of the delivery boy. If you find any issues, please don't accept it from the delivery person; return it to them immediately.
  2. Return of cold storage products will not be accepted.
  3. The medicines returned must not be damaged, spoiled or in loose condition.
  4. For return of medicines previously sold invoice copy is compulsory. We take return only if there is service provider bar code on it.
  5. There will be no cash refund against any returns. Returns would be initiated only if you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product, please notify Medicimple Customer Support immediately or within 10 days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that we will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 days of receipt.
  6. We also understand that you may want to return a product or products due to various circumstances that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, only if you notify us within 20 working days of receipt.
